Our Story

Skode started with a frustration: sales reps spending more time typing into their CRM than actually selling. The data showed it — only 28% of a rep's time is spent selling. The rest? Data entry, app-switching, and manual follow-ups.

We asked a simple question: what if your CRM could listen? Not just record voice notes, but actually understand what you're saying and fill in the fields for you. That idea became Voice AI — and it became the foundation of Skode CRM.

But we didn't stop there. We saw the same fragmentation in customer messaging. WhatsApp in one tool, Instagram in another, email in a third. None connected to the CRM. So we built Skode Flow — an omnichannel messaging platform that connects natively to the CRM.

Then came forms. Lead capture tools that dump submissions into a spreadsheet and leave you to manually transfer them to your CRM. We built Skode Forms — smart forms that auto-create CRM leads and trigger messaging workflows.

Today, Skode is a complete platform: CRM with Voice AI and native invoicing, omnichannel messaging with AI chatbot, and smart forms — all natively connected. One login, one data layer, zero integration headaches.
