Integrations Overview

Skode connects with your existing business tools to create a unified workflow. From email and calendar sync to accounting software and marketing platforms, integrations eliminate manual data entry and keep all your systems in sync.

Available Integration Categories

  • Email — Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP. Two-way sync keeps all email conversations attached to the correct lead or contact record
  • Calendar — Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar. Meetings auto-log as activities on the associated lead or deal
  • Accounting — QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books. Invoice and payment data syncs bidirectionally
  • Marketing — Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid. Sync contacts and track campaign engagement
  • Communication — Slack, Microsoft Teams. Receive CRM notifications and create leads from messages
  • Developer — REST API, Webhooks, Zapier, Make. Build custom automations and connect any tool

Setting Up an Integration

Navigate to Settings > Integrations and browse the integration marketplace. Click on the integration you want to enable, then follow the OAuth authorization flow. Most integrations are live within 60 seconds of authorization.

Skode Flow Integration

Skode CRM connects natively with Skode Flow for omnichannel messaging. This is not a third-party integration — both products share the same backend infrastructure. When a WhatsApp message arrives in Flow, the contact is automatically matched to a CRM lead. Agents can view the full CRM context while responding to messages.

Custom Integrations via API

For tools not in the marketplace, use the Skode REST API to build custom integrations. The API supports full CRUD operations on leads, contacts, deals, invoices, and tasks. Webhooks notify your external systems of events in real time. See the API Reference section for full documentation.

Data Sync & Conflict Resolution

Integrations sync data at configurable intervals ranging from real-time to every 24 hours. When conflicts arise — for example, a contact updated in both Skode and an external tool — the most recent change wins by default. You can configure conflict resolution rules per integration under advanced settings.
