Welcome to Skode
Skode is an AI-powered platform that combines CRM, messaging, and invoicing in one unified workspace. This guide walks you through account creation, your first workspace configuration, and adding your first lead — all in under five minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit app.skodeai.com/signup and enter your work email address. You can also sign up using Google SSO for a one-click registration experience. After verifying your email, you will be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace
The onboarding wizard asks you to name your workspace, choose your industry, and select your team size. These settings customize your default pipeline stages, lead fields, and dashboard widgets. You can always change them later from Settings > Workspace.
Step 3: Invite Your Team
Navigate to Settings > Team Members and click Invite. Enter your teammates' email addresses and assign roles: Admin, Manager, or Agent. Each role has configurable permissions so you can control who sees what data.
Step 4: Add Your First Lead
Head to the Leads module and click + New Lead. You can type details manually, paste from a spreadsheet, or use the Voice AI button to dictate lead information hands-free. Skode's AI extracts name, email, phone, company, and deal value automatically.
Step 5: Explore the Dashboard
Your dashboard shows real-time metrics including total leads, conversion rate, revenue pipeline, and upcoming tasks. Customize widgets by clicking the gear icon. The AI insights panel highlights trends and recommends actions based on your data.
