Document your approved WhatsApp message templates from WATI. Go to Settings > Message Templates and screenshot or copy each template text, variables, and button configurations. Templates need to be re-submitted for approval in Skode Flow, but having the content ready speeds up the process.

Import Contacts to Skode Flow

Upload your WATI CSV export to Skode Flow using the bulk import tool. Map WATI fields to Skode Flow fields: name, phone number, email, tags, and custom attributes. The importer handles duplicate detection automatically and supports 100,000+ contacts.

Reconnect Your WhatsApp Number
