EU & UK Representative Contact
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Skode Technologies ("Skode," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and data rights of individuals in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK). As Skode is established outside these regions, we have appointed representatives in accordance with applicable data protection laws to serve as local points of contact for data protection matters.
1. EU Representative (GDPR Article 27)
Pursuant to Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Skode has designated the following EU Representative:
- Name: Skode EU Representative (Appointment in progress — expected Q2 2026)
- Address: To be confirmed upon formal appointment (EU member state)
- Interim Contact: eu-representative@skodeai.com — all inquiries will be handled directly by our Data Protection Officer until the EU Representative is formally in place.
Skode is in the process of appointing a formal EU Representative through a GDPR representation service. In the interim, all EU data subject inquiries and supervisory authority communications are handled by our Data Protection Officer at dpo@skodeai.com. We will update this page once the appointment is confirmed.
1.1 Role of the EU Representative
The EU Representative serves as a point of contact for data subjects in the EU/EEA and for supervisory authorities regarding all issues related to the processing of personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA. The EU Representative's responsibilities include:
- Receiving and forwarding inquiries from EU/EEA data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights under the GDPR.
- Serving as a contact point for EU/EEA supervisory authorities regarding data protection matters.
- Maintaining a record of processing activities as required by GDPR Article 30 and making it available to supervisory authorities upon request.
- Cooperating with supervisory authorities on any matter related to the processing of personal data by Skode.
The appointment of an EU Representative does not affect the obligations or liability of Skode under the GDPR. Skode remains fully responsible for ensuring compliance with the GDPR.
2. UK Representative (UK GDPR Article 27)
Pursuant to Article 27 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), as retained and amended under the Data Protection Act 2018, Skode has designated the following UK Representative:
- Name: Skode UK Representative (Appointment in progress — expected Q2 2026)
- Address: To be confirmed upon formal appointment (United Kingdom)
- Interim Contact: uk-representative@skodeai.com — all inquiries will be handled directly by our Data Protection Officer until the UK Representative is formally in place.
Skode is in the process of appointing a formal UK Representative as required under UK GDPR Article 27. In the interim, all UK data subject inquiries and ICO communications are handled by our Data Protection Officer at dpo@skodeai.com. We will update this page once the appointment is confirmed.
2.1 Role of the UK Representative
The UK Representative serves as a local point of contact for data subjects in the UK and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) regarding all issues related to the processing of personal data of individuals in the UK. The UK Representative's responsibilities mirror those of the EU Representative within the UK jurisdiction.
3. Why We Have Representatives
Under GDPR Article 27 and UK GDPR Article 27, organizations that are established outside the EU/EEA or UK but offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in these regions are required to appoint a local representative. The representative acts as a local contact point to facilitate communication between the organization, data subjects, and supervisory authorities.
Skode provides CRM and business communication services to customers worldwide, including customers in the EU/EEA and UK. We have appointed representatives in both regions to ensure that individuals and authorities can easily reach us regarding data protection matters.

You may contact our EU or UK Representative by any of the following methods:
- EU Representative Email: eu-representative@skodeai.com
- UK Representative Email: uk-representative@skodeai.com

When submitting a request through a representative, please include:
